The Median List Prices chart shows the median list price trends for single family homes
in the City of Murrieta. (List prices are the amount that sellers are asking for the home.) The chart shows list prices over the past 36 months. The blue LIST
line shows the month-to-month fluctuations in list prices.
The red TREND line smooths the month-to-month fluctuations using a
12-month moving average. The TREND line makes it easier to determine the
overall housing market’s price trend.
